Kriska Pineda is a self-published author and authenticity coach passionate about creating journeys for profound self-discovery and self-love. Her mission is to help women and girls regain their self-worth, reconnect with their passions, speak their truth, and live their most authentic lives.
A mother of two and a foreign spouse, she embarked on an extraordinary adventure in Malaysia over the past eight years, leaving a high-profile career as an HR Manager of a 1,000-headcount multinational company in the Philippines, all for love.
Despite challenges such as cultural adjustments and restarting her career from scratch, Malaysia embraced her warmly. In her quest to integrate and establish her socio-economic roots, she began as an international NGO volunteer in the education sector. From there, she explored different roles—online network marketer, digital marketing intern, customer support specialist, and project manager—before starting a project in May 2020 that aligned with her values and passions, transforming her life path.
Her passion project, Zen Feminism, emerged from a deep realization about internalized misogyny. She created this safe online space for women to openly share their voices and experiences, slowly healing her own internalized beliefs around misogyny and patriarchy.
Kriska self-published Through Me – A Self-Love & Mindfulness Journal in 2020 and Birthing The Mother Within – Lessons & Reflections About Healing, Self-Love, & Surrender From A Conscious Pregnancy Journey in 2023, inspired by her personal journey of healing, awakening from toxic hustle culture, facing infertility, and the loss of her beloved father-in-law.
In June 2024, Kriska released her third book, co-authored with NLP Master Coach Jennifer Ong, Mindful Mirrors – A Neuro-Love Odyssey For Self-Love & Transformation, blending NLP principles with profound self-love practices. She considers it a transformative work for women and people of all genders.
Amid ongoing crises, Kriska co-founded The Phoenix Circle with four other mothers to support displaced families in Gaza, Palestine. Through healing modalities such as yoga, reiki, NLP, and women’s circles, they raise funds for vetted families in need.
Aligned with her mission and continuous growth, Kriska has expanded from journals to workshops, group and individual coaching, customized transformation journeys, and retreats.
