Marissa holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist. She is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist from the School of Natural Health Sciences and a Nutrition & Wellness Coach with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Her background in functional medicine further strengthens her ability to address her client’s health from a well-rounded perspective.
